Understanding Leadership

This two-day session includes individual leadership strength assessment reports as well as a robust theoretical and experiential leadership group process.  The program integrates report interpretation, debate, hands-on leadership activities, coaching practice, and current leadership theory.  Ideally this program is for participants who lead people and/or projects within your organization so that the concepts can be immediately applied.

Team Effectiveness

This one-day session includes an optional team assessment and a journey through the widely applied Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.  The session includes the theory, video segments, group processes and experiential activities to take each of the five dysfunctions and turn it into an effective team behaviour.

Strength Deployment

This one-day session includes individual Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) reports as well as a team plot for intact teams. Interpretation through the lens of team and leadership effectiveness, along with experiential activities make for an engaging day of learning.

Navigating Change

This half-day or one-day session includes both experiential activities and theoretical models that clearly demonstrate our natural responses to change.  Tools for self-management as well as leading others through change are provided.  Ideally this session is positioned around a current organizational change to provide opportunity for application of the skills and concepts.

Presentation Excellence

This half-day or one-day session includes a video for each participant of a short presentation on a topic of their choice.  Participants will learn all elements of effective presentations from development through to delivery.  Ample opportunity for hands-on practice make for an engaging day of learning.

Facilitation Skills

This one-day or 1.5 day session includes a workbook to be used in session and as a tool for future, presentation of concepts, group discussions and many opportunities for participants to practice facilitation, both through activities and actual facilitation. Individual coaching and group follow-up support are available for participants who will go on to develop into a facilitator role within their organization.
