Belinda Clemmensen, B.Sc., M.Ed., ACC

Belinda Clemmensen has been a management and training & development consultant since 1994. Her skill and experience have made her a sought after designer and facilitator of corporate training initiatives across North America and beyond. Areas of specialization include leadership development, effective teams, organizational culture change, conflict resolution, change management, and coaching. The foundation for Belinda’s work with people matches respect, sensitivity and authenticity with a high degree of technical competence.

Belinda is a certified coach, and recent winner of the Gold Canadian Award for Training Excellence for co-designing and implementing a global Supervisory Leadership Development Program for IAMGOLD Corporation.

Although working with organizations is her primary work, Belinda is also a skilled expedition guide. Her most impactful project was to co-found, lead and manage Paddle to a Cure: Journeys of Hope, a community-based sea kayaking expedition that raised almost $1 million for breast cancer research and education.

Belinda lives, works and plays in Huntsville, Ontario with her husband, Shane and son, Gabe.
